Industries have their traditional functions to pull off shareholders` interests. These functions then expand, not only for shareholders` but also for stakeholders`. CSR comes because of this development.
In the meantime, many concepts define CSR as a media communication for industrial relations. This indulgent made corporate functions limited only for public relations affair even as there are varies CSR functions rather than public relations. An industrial conflict reduction, either internal or external, is one from those. Thus, this article tries to elucidate CSR roles and its contributions to industrial conflict reduction.
